uTorrent, one of the most popular peer-to-peer file sharing application, may act like a network bandwidth hog when used in a computer sharing internet connection with other computers over a network. his application utilizes the Web API of uTorrent and regulates the uTorrent global download and upload speeds on the basis of number of networked computers. It also determines the uTorrent global limits of network computers.
