INSTALLATION
Unrar, burn/mount, install. SYBYL-X must be pre-installed.

Configure SYBYL-X 1.1 to Use a Customized Protein Database If you have a local, customized, version of Prodat you must configure SYBYL-X 1.1 to access it. To do so use a text editor, such as Notepad++.
Do not use WordPad or Notepad distributed with Windows. In your SYBYL-X 1.1 installation open the folder containing the files that must be modified. If you installed SYBYL in the default location
this will be: C:tripossybylx1.1lib

In the ta_site.sh and ta_site.csh files edit the definition of TA_PDBTABLES, replacing \"/your_dir\" with the path to the folder containing your existing Protein Database then remove the comment
character at the beginning of the line.
